At Redacted Tactical Supply, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we offer. Our Refunds & Returns Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness, while complying with all applicable firearm and tactical equipment regulations.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and legal regulations, returns are only accepted on select items, and must meet the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

Non-serialized accessories (e.g., bags, optics, magazines, slings)
Apparel and gear (e.g., gloves, clothing, pouches)
Factory-sealed and unused products
Returned within 15 days of delivery
Original packaging intact and item unused

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

Firearms (per federal regulations)
Ammunition
Suppressors, magazines, and other serialized or regulated components
Items that show signs of use, modification, or tampering
Clearance or final sale items
Custom or special-order products

2. Firearms, Ammunition & FFL Items

All firearm purchases are final and non-returnable once transferred to your selected FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. Please inspect your firearm at the FFL location before accepting the transfer. If there is a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, do not accept the transfer, and contact us immediately.

Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired, and cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at contact@redactedtacticalsupply.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Securely package the item and ship it back using the label provided (if applicable).

Please do not send any returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
In cases of return abuse or repeated returns, we reserve the right to refuse future returns.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or defective out of the box, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or initiate a return with the manufacturer, depending on the item.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Firearm orders cannot be cancelled once the transfer process has begun.
