The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R.1, signed July 4 2025) eliminated the $200 federal tax stamp on suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and any-other-weapons effective January 1, 2026. Form 4 / Form 1 filings, fingerprints, photos, and ATF approval are still required — but the federal tax is now $0.
Note: Machine guns and destructive devices remain subject to the $200 stamp. Always verify state-level NFA permission before purchase.

Items may require: FFL transfer to a licensed dealer in your state, ATF Form 3 or Form 4 approval for NFA items, age verification (18+ or 21+), and location-based shipping restrictions.
We will not knowingly ship to jurisdictions where an item’s possession is prohibited. Compliance is the buyer’s responsibility.
