At Redacted Tactical Supply, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and in full compliance with all applicable laws. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your products, including firearms, gear, and accessories.

Please review this information carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.
  • Firearm orders requiring FFL verification may take longer depending on FFL dealer response.

Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to high-demand products.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer secure shipping through trusted national carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS (for non-regulated items)

Shipping method and carrier are automatically selected based on item type, destination, and regulatory requirements.

3. Firearm Shipping (FFL Transfers)

All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer in your state. Here’s how it works:

  • You will be prompted at checkout to select or provide your preferred FFL dealer.
  • The selected FFL must provide us a copy of their license before we can ship.
  • Firearms will not be shipped directly to customers’ homes (unless you are an FFL holder yourself).
  • You will need to complete a background check and follow local laws at the time of pickup.

We’ll contact your FFL to coordinate shipment. Processing may be delayed if the FFL does not respond in a timely manner.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal, state, and local laws, we do not ship certain items to the following locations:

  • California – restrictions on magazines, suppressors, and some firearms
  • New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut – restrictions vary by city/county
  • Washington D.C. – no firearm shipments permitted
  • Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories – limited or no shipping for firearms/ammo
  • PO Boxes – cannot ship firearms or regulated items to PO boxes

Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled will be cancelled and refunded, minus processing fees if applicable.

5. Ammunition Shipping

  • Ammunition can only be shipped via ground due to DOT regulations.
  • Must be signed for by someone 21 years or older at the delivery address.
  • Some states require permits or FOID cards before ammo can be shipped.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item type and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Regulatory handling fees (for FFL items or hazardous materials)

Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible gear or accessory orders. Firearms and ammo may be excluded unless specified.

7. Tracking and Delivery

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • Most shipments arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
  • Large or regulated orders may require additional handling time.

Please monitor your tracking info and be available for delivery of age-restricted or signature-required items.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your shipment is damaged or lost, contact us within 72 hours of delivery or expected arrival. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund your items if eligible.

For damage claims:

  • Keep the original packaging and photograph the item(s)
  • Do not discard any materials until the claim is resolved

9. International Shipping

Due to U.S. export control laws, we currently do not ship firearms, ammunition, or regulated tactical gear internationally. Some unregulated accessories may be available for export with proper documentation. Please contact us before placing an international order.
